    Yoghurt, Berry and Granola Pots

    If you want a fabulous breakfast that ticks all the boxes: visually enticing, delicious flavours, and most importantly, really good for you – look no further. This perfect combination, of good organic granola with fresh seasonal berries, and a generous helping of Meredith Dairy Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt, delivers the lot.

    Serves 4 people

    Ingredients

    • 3 Punnets Fresh Berries
    • Grated Rind Of One Orange
    • 1/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
    • 2tbsp Honey
    • 500g Meredith Dairy Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt
    • 3/4 - 1 Cup Granola

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Put orange juice, grated rind, and honey in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer, turn off the heat and let cool.
    • Step 2 Gently toss the berries in the orange syrup.
    • Step 3 Divide 1/3 of the berry mixture between 4 glasses. Top with spoonfuls of the yoghurt, scatter on half the granola, and repeat again loosely layering each ingredient until finished.
