- 2 Punnets of Strawberries
- 1 Bunch of Basil
- 150g of Original Goat Cheese
- Balsamic Glaze
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Step 1 Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Place them in a large salad dish.
- Step 2 Tear up the basil leaves and scatter over the strawberries.
- Step 3 Crumble goat cheese over the top, then drizzle with balsamic glaze, olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
