    Smoked Salmon Canapés with Fresh Dill Chèvre

    These quick and easy canapés are the perfect Easter appetiser. Just four ingredients with a classic salmon and dill combo, these are sure to fly off the table!

    Serves 8 servings people


    • 400g smoked salmon
    • 150g Meredith Dairy Fresh Dill Chèvre
    • multigrain bread or baguette
    • capers
    • lemon as garnish


    • Step 1 Cut the bread into small bite size's pieces, for example a slice of baguette or a slice of toast cut in half.
    • Step 2 Spread the goat cheese evenly on the slices.
    • Step 3 Carefully peel slices of smoked salmon from the packet, rolling a slice into a swirl shape.
    • Step 4 Press the salmon into the cheese, and decorate with a few capers and a slice of lemon.
