Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Sheep Milk Yoghurt
- 1 Cucumber
- ½ Cup of Mint, chopped finely.
- 1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp of Ground Cumin
Preparation
- Step 1 Peel the cucumber and cut in half. Scrape out the seeds in the middle using a spoon. Grate or finely chop the cucumber.
- Step 2 Place the cucumber, chopped mint, yoghurt, garlic and ground cumin into a bowl. Mix together well and garnish with whole mint leaves.
- Step 3 Enjoy with your favourite curry or pita!
