    Sheep Milk Yoghurt Raita

    This Raita is the perfect addition to any spicy curry recipe, or delicious alone on bread or pita as a dip. It is the perfect use for our thick and creamy pot set sheep milk yoghurt.

    Serves 4 people


    • 2 Cups of Sheep Milk Yoghurt
    • 1 Cucumber
    • ½ Cup of Mint, chopped finely.
    • 1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
    • 1 Tsp of Ground Cumin


    • Step 1 Peel the cucumber and cut in half. Scrape out the seeds in the middle using a spoon. Grate or finely chop the cucumber.
    • Step 2 Place the cucumber, chopped mint, yoghurt, garlic and ground cumin into a bowl. Mix together well and garnish with whole mint leaves.
    • Step 3 Enjoy with your favourite curry or pita!
