Ingredients
- 1kg Meredith Dairy Traditional Greek Yoghurt
- ½ Cup of Melted Honey
- ½ Cup of Desiccated Coconut
- 1/3 Cup of Dried Cranberries
- ½ Cup of Chopped Pistachios
- 1 Punnet of Raspberries, Chopped
Preparation
- Step 1 Combine the yoghurt, coconut and honey in a large jug.
- Step 2 Lay baking paper over the base of a rectangular, flat baking tray and lightly grease with olive oil.
- Step 3 Pour the mixture into the tray in an even layer.
- Step 4 Sprinkle the cranberries, pistachios and raspberries on top of the yoghurt.
- Step 5 Place in the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen solid.
- Step 6 Remove from the freezer, cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
