    Fig, Honey & Goat Cheese on Sourdough

    Julie has the most wonderful old fig tree in her garden so we made these delightful toasts with our home-grown figs which taste delicious with our Marinated Goats Cheese and honey. They are super simple yet so delicious!

    Serves 4 people


    • 2 Figs, Thinly Sliced
    • 4 Cubes of Marinated Goats Cheese
    • 2 Tsp of Honey
    • 4 Slices of Sourdough Bread


    • Step 1 Toast your sourdough slices in the toaster until golden brown.
    • Step 2 Use a fork to spread a cube of Marinated Goats Cheese on each slice of toast.
    • Step 3 Top with 3 slices of fig.
    • Step 4 Drizzle toast with honey.
