A popular comfort food, minus the guilt. This Mac and Cheese is not only cheesy, gooey and oh-so delicious, but it also has added health benefits from our Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt, enticing the health conscious.
Serves 4 people
2 Cups Elbow Pasta
2 Cups Spinach
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Meredith Dairy Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt- Traditional Greek
Onion and Garlic Powder
Cook 2 cups of elbow pasta until al dente. When you strain it, place 2 cups of fresh spinach in the strainer first so the hot water from the pasta wilts it. Save half a cup of pasta water for later.
Return the spinach and pasta to the pot and mix through 2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of Meredith Dairy Greek Sheep’s Milk Yoghurt.
Once all melted and combined, mix in some onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and whatever pasta water you need to make it smooth and creamy.
