    Creamy Greek Yoghurt Mac & Cheese

    A popular comfort food, minus the guilt. This Mac and Cheese is not only cheesy, gooey and oh-so delicious, but it also has added health benefits from our Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt, enticing the health conscious.

    Serves 4 people


    • 2 Cups Elbow Pasta
    • 2 Cups Spinach
    • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
    • 1/2 Cup Meredith Dairy Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt- Traditional Greek
    • Onion and Garlic Powder


    • Step 1 Cook 2 cups of elbow pasta until al dente. When you strain it, place 2 cups of fresh spinach in the strainer first so the hot water from the pasta wilts it. Save half a cup of pasta water for later.
    • Step 2 Return the spinach and pasta to the pot and mix through 2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of Meredith Dairy Greek Sheep’s Milk Yoghurt.
    • Step 3 Once all melted and combined, mix in some onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and whatever pasta water you need to make it smooth and creamy.
