    Baked Tomato and Goat Cheese Dip

    Elevate your appetiser game with our Baked Tomato and Goat Cheese Dip! Bursting with the vibrant flavours of juicy cherry tomatoes and our Marinated Goat Cheese, this recipe is simply summer on your plate. Simple, sophisticated, and sure to be the crowd favourite at your next dinner party! Top tip: this also works beautifully as a pasta sauce.

    Serves 4 people


    • 250g cherry tomatoes
    • 6 cubes of Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
    • fresh basil
    • fresh crusty bread
    • salt and pepper
    • 3 tbsp of olive oil


    • Step 1 Preheat your oven to 220C.
    • Step 2 In an ovenproof dish, drizzle olive oil. Spread tomatoes and goat cheese in the tray, and add garlic. Add fresh rosemary and salt and pepper.
    • Step 3 Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, or until tomatoes and cheese are softened and bubbling.
    • Step 4 Take out of the oven, and add leaves of fresh basil. Serve warm with crusty bread.
