Our fresh curd, just separated from the whey, has a mild, clean flavour with a subtle hint of citrus.
Made just hours after milking, only the best and freshest milk is used to make this cheese. Meredith Dairy’s Fresh Curd is unsalted and is available in a 1kg tub.

Whipped Goat Cheese is fresh goat cheese in its purest form- lightly salted goat curd, whipped to a light, airy texture with nitrogen.
