Ingredients
- 250g cooked beetroot
- 1/4 cup of goat milk yoghurt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbs fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Marinated Goats Cheese
Preparation
- Step 1 Place all ingredients in a hand held blender or food processor and blend till combined
- Step 2 Pour the dip onto a plate/bowl
- Step 3 Top with Meredith Dairy marinated goats cheese and fresh dill
