These quick and easy canapés are the perfect Easter appetiser. Just four ingredients with a classic salmon and dill combo, these are sure to fly off the table!

Ingredients
400g smoked salmon
150g Meredith Dairy Fresh Dill Chèvre
multigrain bread or baguette
capers
lemon as garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the bread into small bite size's pieces, for example a slice of baguette or a slice of toast cut in half.
Step 2
Spread the goat cheese evenly on the slices.
Step 3
Carefully peel slices of smoked salmon from the packet, rolling a slice into a swirl shape.
Step 4
Press the salmon into the cheese, and decorate with a few capers and a slice of lemon.
