    Greek Whipped Goat Cheese

    We initially made this greek style dip to spread on bread and crackers as a pre-dinner snack, but we ended up spreading it on our roast lamb and the whole dish was licked clean! It's great to have it in the fridge to add to just about anything to give it a creamy, garlicky kick.

    Serves 6 people


    • 4 Cubes of Marinated Goat Cheese
    • 100g of Greek Yoghurt
    • 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
    • 1 ½ Tsp of Dried Oregano


    • Step 1 Use a fork or small whisk to combine yoghurt and goat cheese in a bowl. Once smooth and creamy, add the garlic, olive oil and dried herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
