    Goat’s Cheese Chocolate Truffles

    Try out these delicious goat cheese chocolate truffles, a tasty and easy treat!

    Serves people

    Ingredients

    • 160g of Plain Meredith Diary goats chèvre
    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    • 3 tablespoons of honey
    • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 250g of cooking chocolate
    • pinch of salt

    Preparation

    • Step 1 In a mixing bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cocoa, honey, almond butter, and cinnamon
    • Step 2 Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes
    • Step 3 Roll the chocolate mixture into small balls
    • Step 4 Place on a plate, and add back in to the freezer while you melt the next chocolate
    • Step 5 Melt the chocolate via the double boiler method or in the microwave in intervals
    • Step 6 Remove the goats cheese chocolate balls from the freezer and dip in the chocolate
    • Step 7 Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
