Ingredients

160g of Plain Meredith Diary goats chèvre

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

3 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of almond butter

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

250g of cooking chocolate

pinch of salt
Preparation

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cocoa, honey, almond butter, and cinnamon

Step 2
Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes

Step 3
Roll the chocolate mixture into small balls

Step 4
Place on a plate, and add back in to the freezer while you melt the next chocolate

Step 5
Melt the chocolate via the double boiler method or in the microwave in intervals

Step 6
Remove the goats cheese chocolate balls from the freezer and dip in the chocolate

Step 7
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
