A delicious winter meal that can be prepared in under half an hour. This pasta dish combines fresh Kalamata olives with Meredith Dairy Chevre, providing both a nutritious and appetizing meal.

Ingredients
500g Pasta
1 250g Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
Meredith Dairy Plain Chevre
100g Fresh Chopped Kalamata Olives
Basil- Freshly Torn
Salt and Pepper to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water in a large pot. Once boiling, add 500g of pasta. Cook until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes in half, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and immediately stir through the Meredith Dairy Plain Chevre until well coated. Then stir in the tomatoes, olives and basil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
