Strawberries with Greek Yoghurt, Prosecco and Shortbread
A splendid dessert which can easily be shared between two. This light and delicious dessert could be perfect for a Valentines Day picnic, or to even accompany a home cooked meal.

1/2 Cup Meredith Dairy Natural Sheep Milk Yoghurt- Traditional Greek
400g Strawberries
1 Small Glass Prosecco
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Sugar
4 All-Butter Shortbread Biscuits
3 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the strawberries and place in a bowl with the Prosecco and vanilla sugar. Leave for 15 mins for the flavours to develop.
Step 2
Then serve in a bowl, ensuring to pour the juice over the strawberries with crumbled biscuits and Greek yoghurt layered over the top.
