    Honey & Cinnamon Whipped Goats Cheese on Hot Cross Buns

    Try this delightful combination of Meredith Dairy Plain Chevre and honey. Eaten as breakfast, lunch or a light afternoon snack, expect to be making the Easter holidays even better.

    Ingredients

    • 280g Meredith Dairy Plain Chevre
    • 230g Cream Cheese
    • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
    • 3 Tbsp. Honey
    • Fig Jam (Optional)
    • 6 Hot Cross Buns

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Whip the Meredith Dairy Plain Chevre and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
    • Step 2 Mix in honey and cinnamon until well combined. Top with fig jam (optional).
    • Step 3 Spread over freshly toasted hot cross buns.
