A great simple BBQ recipe for the Australian Summer! Also perfect for the vegetarians in the room and a great replacement for red meat.
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
4 Portobello Mushrooms
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Thyme
2 Cubes Marinated Goats Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Season the portobello mushrooms with olive oil, thyme and salt & pepper.
Step 2
Heat a BBQ to medium-high. Wrap the mushrooms in foil and place them on the BBQ.
Step 3
Close the lid and cook the mushrooms in foil for approximately 5 minutes. Once mostly cooked, remove the mushrooms from the foil and grill directly on the BBQ for a minute on each side.
