Ingredients
250g cherry tomatoes
6 cubes of Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
fresh basil
fresh crusty bread
salt and pepper
3 tbsp of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220C.
Step 2
In an ovenproof dish, drizzle olive oil. Spread tomatoes and goat cheese in the tray, and add garlic. Add fresh rosemary and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, or until tomatoes and cheese are softened and bubbling.
Step 4
Take out of the oven, and add leaves of fresh basil. Serve warm with crusty bread.
