    Goat Cheese Shakshuka

    A tasty savoury breakfast, made with our whipped goat cheese.

    Serves 2 people

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 an onion diced
    • 2 garlic cloves diced
    • 1 red capsicum diced
    • 1 tomato diced
    • 200g can crushed tomatoes
    • 1tsp tomato paste
    • 1/2 chicken stock
    • 1tsp paprika
    • 1tsp cumin
    • 1tsp oregano
    • 1tsp garlic powder
    • salt and pepper
    • 2 eggs
    • chopped coriander
    • olive oil

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Preheat our oven to 180 degrees
    • Step 2 Add oil, onion and garlic into the pan and sauté
    • Step 3 Once cooked, add in tomato, capsicum and seasonings
    • Step 4 Add chicken stock and simmer until everything is cooked through
    • Step 5 Crack 1-2 eggs (depending how many you would like) into the pan and cook them for 1-2 minutes
    • Step 6 Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes
    • Step 7 Once cooked through, top with our Whipped Goat Cheese, Coriander and enjoy with Turkish bread
