Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Step 2
Score 1cm on each side of the puff pastry sheet with a fork

Cut your figs into thin slices and add to the pastry sheet

Add Prosciutto and Goat cheese, drizzle with some honey

Step 5
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

Top with fresh thyme and a drizzle of olive oil
