    Fig, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Tart

    A delicious autumn tart with sweet figs and creamy goat cheese

    Serves 4 people

    Ingredients

    • Puff pastry sheet
    • 3 figs
    • honey
    • Meredith Dairy Plain chevre
    • Prosciutto
    • fresh thyme
    • olive oil

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Preheat oven to 200 degrees
    • Step 2 Score 1cm on each side of the puff pastry sheet with a fork
    • Step 3 Cut your figs into thin slices and add to the pastry sheet
    • Step 4 Add Prosciutto and Goat cheese, drizzle with some honey
    • Step 5 Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
    • Step 6 Top with fresh thyme and a drizzle of olive oil
