Step 1
Slice your peaches and add into a saucepan with some butter and a tablespoon of honey

Cook the peaches until they look caramelised and golden

Add your sourdough toast slices into your toaster until golden

Add a spoonful of the whipped goat cheese on each slice of bread, then top with the peaches

Drizzle over honey, and add some freshly chopped mint and enjoy!
