    Caramelised Peach and Whipped Goat Cheese Toast

    A sweet and creamy toast - that makes a delicious breakfast everyday

    Serves 1-2 people

    Ingredients

    • 2 fresh peaches
    • Honey
    • Mint
    • Sourdough bread
    • Meredith Dairy Whipped Goat Cheese
    • Butter

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Slice your peaches and add into a saucepan with some butter and a tablespoon of honey
    • Step 2 Cook the peaches until they look caramelised and golden
    • Step 3 Add your sourdough toast slices into your toaster until golden
    • Step 4 Add a spoonful of the whipped goat cheese on each slice of bread, then top with the peaches
    • Step 5 Drizzle over honey, and add some freshly chopped mint and enjoy!
