    These Smoked Trout Crostinis made with our Dill Chevre are delicious and make the perfect starter/snack this holiday season

    Serves 6 people

    Ingredients

    • 150g Meredith Dairy Dill Chevre
    • 1 Sourdough Baguette
    • 100g smoked trout
    • Capers
    • Fresh dill
    • lemon zest

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Toast your sourdough slices in olive oil until golden brown (let cool)
    • Step 2 Spread a layer of our Dill Chevre, then top with smoked trout, capers, dill and lemon zest
