Ingredients
- 150g Meredith Dairy Dill Chevre
- 1 Sourdough Baguette
- 100g smoked trout
- Capers
- Fresh dill
- lemon zest
Preparation
- Step 1 Toast your sourdough slices in olive oil until golden brown (let cool)
- Step 2 Spread a layer of our Dill Chevre, then top with smoked trout, capers, dill and lemon zest
