    Honey Roasted Carrots with Goat Cheese

    Delicious honey roasted carrots with harissa and whipped goat cheese

    Serves 4 people

    Ingredients

    • 4 large carrots
    • Meredith Dairy marinated goat cheese
    • 1tbs Harissa
    • 2tbs Honey
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 2tbs Olive oil

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Peel and cut carrots into even size pieces
    • Step 2 Add to oven tray with honey, spices, seasoning and oil
    • Step 3 Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees
    • Step 4 Whip 4 cubes of goat cheese, and add to a plate
    • Step 5 Add your carrots to the goat cheese and enjoy!
