    Turkish Beetroot and Yoghurt Dip

    Delicious Turkish Beetroot dip made with our Goats Milk Yoghurt

    Serves 4 people

    Ingredients

    • 250g cooked beetroot
    • 1/4 cup of goat milk yoghurt
    • 1 tbs lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp fresh dill
    • 2 tbs fresh parsley
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • Marinated Goats Cheese

    Preparation

    • Step 1 Place all ingredients in a hand held blender or food processor and blend till combined
    • Step 2 Pour the dip onto a plate/bowl
    • Step 3 Top with Meredith Dairy marinated goats cheese and fresh dill
