150g Pepperberry Goats Chèvre

100g Cream Cheese

100ml Sour Cream

Strawberry jam

Strawberries and mint for decoration
Preparation

Step 1
Add cream cheese, sour cream and Pepperberry Chèvre into a bowl

Step 2
Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients until smooth and combined

Step 3
Add 1/2 a teaspoon of strawberry jam into each of the tart cases

Step 4
Fill the tart cases with the cheese mixture using a piping bag

Step 5
Top with chopped strawberries and mint
