Ingredients

Puff pastry sheets

1x egg

butternut pumpkin

1 cup sliced Brussels sprouts

Meredith dairy fresh goats chevre

Thyme

2 cloves garlic

salt and pepper
Preparation

Step 1
Cut each of your puff pastry sheets into a circle, set aside

Finely chop Brussels sprouts

Step 3
Dice pumpkin into small cubes

Step 4
Add butter or oil to a pan, sauté your veggies in a pan with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Whisk an egg, and lightly brush onto puff pastry sheets

Add a thin later of Meredith dairy fresh chevre to the pastry

Step 7
Add pumpkin and Brussles sprouts mixture

Step 8
Top with fresh thyme

Step 9
Fold over edges of pastry

Step 10
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown

Top with some more of our fresh chevre, and enjoy
