This three ingredient perfectly creamy Pumpkin Cheese Dip is better than any dip you'll ever find at the supermarket! Just roasted pumpkin, sun-dried tomatoes and our Marinated Goat Cheese (don't forget the oil!) make the quintessential autumn dip that the whole family will love. Serve with flat bread, veggie sticks or spread on toast!
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of roasted pumpkin (or 1 cup or pumpkin puree)
1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
320g jar of Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese
4 tbsp of oil from the jar of Marinated Goat Cheese
sesame seeds, parsley or paprika powder to decorate
salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blitz sun-dried tomatoes, pumpkin, goat cheese, salt and pepper and oil together in a blender until smooth. Feel free to add oil to get your desired consistency.
Step 2
Decorate with fresh herbs, sesame seeds or spice like paprika, and serve with crackers, flat bread, veggie sticks or toast.
