Ingredients
1 Cup of Meredith Dairy Goat Milk Yoghurt
2 Lemons, Zested
3/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Self-Raising Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix lemon rind, oil, eggs and sugar together until well combined.
Step 2
Add flour, salt and lemon juice and combine.
Step 3
Mix in Meredith Dairy Goat Milk Yoghurt.
Step 4
Pour into greased and lined cake tin.
Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins or until you insert a skewer and remove it again without cake mix coating it.
